Commission Terms
The following are my Terms of Service:
1. The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission.
2. The details, deadline, and budget of the commission should be prepared and consolidated prior to contacting the artist.
3. Payment must be done through either Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. Other methods of payment will not be accepted. Refunds or forced chargebacks are prohibited unless during special cases as stated in these terms.
4. Payment must either be paid in full up front or half prior to an approved sketch and half following after both the client and artist agree on the price and when the artist has stated that they are ready to start the commission. Any payments made outside of these conditions will be considered donations.
5. After the payment has been made, the artist will provide work-in-progress drawings and updates at least once per week until the completion of the commission. The client may request more frequent updates.
6. Should personal circumstance render the artist unable to complete the commission by the stipulated deadline, the artist must notify the client as soon as possible. A refund will be made depending on the extent of completion of the commission.
7. Should the client decide to cancel the commission, no refund will be made. Should the client decide to move forward the deadline, an added fee may be added as decided by the artist.
8. Should the client insult, harass, or cut contact with the artist, the artist may conclude the commission process with no refund.
